What this site is, and what binds nobody.
Terms of use for criteriotalent.com. They are short because this site does few things: it informs, and it offers a door for clients who already operate with us.

Scope
This site is the corporate front for Criterio Talent. It is not the platform: the platform lives in each client’s instance, on its own domain, and its use is governed by that implementation’s contract.
The information here is not an offer
What these pages describe is informational. No capability, timeline or condition described here binds anyone: what binds is what is signed, and that is where the scope of a specific implementation is defined.
Where a capability does not exist yet, this site says so. If you find a contradiction between what you read here and what your contract says, your contract prevails.
Client access
The access field takes you to the subdomain you type. That the site knows how to take you to an address does not mean you have access: authorisation is resolved by the destination instance, with its own credentials.
Intellectual property
The text, the brand and the design of this site are our own. The typefaces are used under their authors’ SIL Open Font License 1.1.
The record examples shown on the site are fictional and labelled as such: no real person, role or company appears in them.
Applicable law
This site is operated from Mexico and governed by Mexican law. Disputes arising from an implementation are resolved as agreed in the corresponding contract.
