If you do not know yours
The subdomain is set by the company when its instance is provisioned, and administered by the company. Whoever holds it is the account administrator inside your organisation, usually in HR or in the team that contracted the implementation.
We cannot give you access to a company’s instance, or even confirm that one exists: that would break exactly the separation that makes each environment private. What we can do is help whoever administers the account, if they write to us.
